Each year the Greensboro Builders' Association hosts the "Parade of Homes Tour" to showcase homes built by local builders. The public is allowed to tour each home entered during two weekends to see the best work from its members. The homes are also judged by professionals in nearby areas earning a Gold or Silver award for their price category. Home Team Builders has won a coveted Gold award for 2007 and 2008.
