How do I find a lot and can I build on my own lot?
You can choose from lots available in our inventory or we can build on your property.

Do we have to choose one of your plans?
No. We have several plans you can review but each are usually then tailored to meet your specific needs. We can also build from plans you bring to us.

How much do you charge per square foot?
Your price per square foot will be determined by a lot of different factors. The price of your lot, size of your home and the details of your selections all add up to the price of your home. We do not use "standard" items in your home and nothing is considered an "upgrade". Your home will be constructed specifically to your requirements. Because everyone's requirements will vary, prices will vary considerably.

How much do I need to give as a down payment?
This amount will depend on your lender's guidelines.

How long should I expect it to take to build my home?
You'll want to allow approximately 5-6 months from the time construction begins, depending on weather and other factors.

Do I get to make all of the selections?
Yes, and we will guide you from beginning to end. We also provide a professional designer's hours to help make the process easier and more convenient for our buyers.

What kind of warranty is provided with my new home?
All of our homes come with a one-year builder's warranty as well as a 10-year warranty that we purchase for you through the bonded Residential Home Warranty Association. At closing you will receive a package introducing you to your new home, which will include both written warranties.

Do you do additions or remodeling jobs?
Yes, we're here to help you with all your building needs including remodeling, room additions, screened porches and garages.
